Cancellation Policy
Gloss gives you a notice 72 hours in advance as well as a 24 hour reminder. If you happen to cancel after the 24 hour mark you will be charged 50% If you do not cancel and do not show up for your reservation 100% of your total service scheduled will be charged, please understand I am a small business and last minute cancelations mean that I am unable to fill that time that I otherwise could have.
